LAMAV was founded by Dr Tarj Mavi and her skincare journey started nearly 20 years ago while struggling with hormonal pigmentation and skin sensitivity. Tarj is a veterinarian, a pathologist, research scientist and clean beauty pioneer. Having studied and trailed hundreds of active ingredients to heal her skin, Tarj was dedicated to putting her in-depth scientific knowledge of bio-actives to practice. She embarked on a journey without any prior business knowledge with a sheer passion for educating and empowering women through natural and organic products.
